These terms govern the use of RetaFunnel, the website at retafunnel.com and the application at app.retafunnel.com.

The service
RetaFunnel provides behaviour analytics and audience synchronisation for websites you operate or are authorised to instrument. You are responsible for the sites you connect, for obtaining any consent required from your visitors and for complying with the policies of Meta, Google and any other platform you connect.
Accounts and workspaces
You must keep credentials, API keys and MCP connect links confidential. Tokens can be revoked at any time from the dashboard.
Plans and billing
Plans are billed monthly on the number of sessions recorded, excluding test sessions. Prices exclude VAT.
Acceptable use
- No tracking of sites you do not control or have permission to instrument.
- No collection of special categories of personal data through custom events.
- No attempt to circumvent rate limits, origin allowlists or workspace isolation.
